By downloading, accessing, or using the Cookfor mobile application ("App") or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cookfor is a mobile application that provides recipe suggestions based on ingredients you input. Our service uses technology to generate recipe ideas, cooking instructions, and related content tailored to your preferences and available ingredients.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Cookfor offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, subscription management, and refund requests are handled by the respective app store according to their terms and policies.

Subscription prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including ingredient lists and saved preferences. By using the App, you grant us a license to use this information to provide and improve our services.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Cookfor and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Recipe suggestions provided by Cookfor are for informational purposes only. They are not intended as medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always use your judgment when preparing food, especially regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.

We do not guarantee that recipes will meet your specific dietary needs or preferences. Users with food allergies or special dietary requirements should verify all ingredients and preparation methods independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cookfor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to food-related illness, allergic reactions, or any other health-related issues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us at support@cookfor.app to request account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms in the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
